- Try re-booting your router/dish by switching off the wall-plug and back on again after 60 seconds.
- Power supply lights should be on for your router and dish.
Internet is slow.
- Open the following link: https://www.speedtest.net/ do a speed test.
- Speed test will reflect the download/upload speed that you are not using.
- Ensure no torrents are running.
- Ensure your Microsoft Updates or any other System Updates on your computer is switched off when you are working.
- Ensure your gaming consoles are not downloading game updates.
VoIP lines are not dialling out.
- Try re-booting your PABX by switching off the wall-plug and back on again after 60 seconds.
