Internet is offline.

  • Try re-booting your router/dish by switching off the wall-plug and back on again after 60 seconds.
  • Power supply lights should be on for your router and dish.

Internet is slow.

  • Open the following link: https://www.speedtest.net/ do a speed test.
  • Speed test will reflect the download/upload speed that you are not using.
  • Ensure no torrents are running.
  • Ensure your Microsoft Updates or any other System Updates on your computer is switched off when you are working.
  • Ensure your gaming consoles are not downloading game updates.

VoIP lines are not dialling out.

  • Try re-booting your PABX by switching off the wall-plug and back on again after 60 seconds.
  • Check your pre-paid account balance.
